Role Overview :

The CX - Technical Consultant with Redwood UI Development is a highly specialized role focused on the implementation and customization of Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) solutions, with deep expertise in leveraging the Oracle Redwood Design System and Visual Builder (VB Studio).

This position is critical for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and tailored user interfaces that enhance client adoption and meet specific business requirements within Oracle applications.

The incumbent will bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and go-live through meticulous development, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Responsibilities and Development Deliverables :

• Redwood UI Development : Design and develop user interfaces using the Oracle Redwood Design System, strictly ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to best practices established by Oracle.
• Personalization and Extensibility : Implement personalization and extensibility features using Visual Builder (VB Studio), including developing reusable components and extending standard CX functionality to enhance user experience and meet specific client requirements.
• UI / UX Pattern Application : Apply Redwood or established UI / UX Design Patterns to create highly intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for Oracle CX applications.
• Front-End Development : Develop responsive and interactive web applications and components using core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and JSON data models, ensuring optimal performance across different devices.
• System Implementation and Configuration : Perform necessary system configurations within the Oracle CX environment to support the implemented UI and business processes.
• Technical Documentation : Create comprehensive technical design documents detailing UI customization, integration points, and VB Studio implementations, and document test scripts for developed features.
