Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy integrations between OTM / TMS and ERP, WMS, and third-party systems
• Design and implement APIs, middleware solutions, and batch processes for seamless data exchange
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs) for new integration patterns and technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design artifacts, and integration mappings
