Job Title : Domestic Delivery Manager.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

CTC : DOE

Location : MUMBAI Andheri

Duties & Responsibilities :

Recruitment Management :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather job specifications, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating their suitability for client positions.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates, providing feedback and managing their expectations throughout the process.
  • Coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations.

Team Leadership and Development :

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Set performance goals and targets for the team, monitoring progress and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT staffing needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client expectations, provide market insights, and contribute to client retention and growth.
  • Vendor Management :

  • Establish and maintain relationships with staffing vendors, ensuring a robust network of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, rates, and performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement :

  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance the overall delivery and quality of IT staffing services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment tools, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, specifically in the India IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the India IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results and meeting recruitment targets.
