Job Summary : Performance Marketing focuses on driving specific, measurable results like
clicks, conversions, and sales. A Performance Marketing Specialist plans and optimizes
campaigns across digital channels, using data to track key metrics like ROI and CPA. They
continuously test and refine strategies to ensure campaigns meet objectives efficiently. Strong
analytical skills and digital marketing expertise are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily account management on Google Ads or other search platforms
- Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting,
Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for Google
channels
Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenuetracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and pointout key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plansUnderstand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal productdevelopment efforts
Be accountable for the Monthly / Quarterly Business Review meetings and showcase businessgrowth.
Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs forsubordinates.
Are a tech graduate / MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and PaidSearch (PPC)Are passionate about Search and internet marketing

JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS :
Proven 4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)In-depth knowledge of Google Ads - Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs,Youtube Ads and Google Analytics
