Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate, qualify, and close opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Apply in-depth understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs within businesses.
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects; discover, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers to sell services.
- Understand customer pain points and identify solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers.
- Make informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers.
- Create and present proposals to stakeholders; provide thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives.
- Determine the customer's capacity, ability, and desire to purchase services; communicate how services align with their strategic needs.
- Retain customers by maintaining a high level of responsiveness to customer requests for technology solutions.
- Meet and / or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Apply understanding of technology operations, corporate technology infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in typical enterprise environments.
- Assure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; solicit additional business and solve problems.
- Engage and drive demand generation activities through virtual / video meetings, email, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
