The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to lead our platform and core product org. You’ll oversee ~30 PMs through 3 PM Leaders and own the systems that power CRM, automation, workflows, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role that shapes both our platform extensibility and user experience for millions globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for core platform products.
  • Lead and mentor Group PMs and PMs, building a high-performance product org.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable APIs, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Improve CRM primitives (contacts, companies, tasks, conversations).
  • Scale automation and workflow AI for complex use cases.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality user experience across surfaces.
  • Champion product planning, execution, and accountability at scale.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 12–15+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing PM leaders.
  • Experience scaling platform / CRM / automation products in fast-growth B2B SaaS (ideally $500M–$1B ARR).
  • Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering leaders.
  • Proven ability to build internal platforms, developer tools, or workflow engines.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in remote-first environments.
