Global Head – Enterprise Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Global Head – Enterprise Applications to lead our enterprise applications strategy, governance, and delivery across the organization. This is a critical global leadership role responsible for ensuring that core applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business platforms deliver maximum value, efficiency, and innovation to our business operations.

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise systems within a process manufacturing environment, combined with the ability to drive large-scale global transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global applications strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee MS based applications, CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and HRMS platforms.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization across geographies and manufacturing plants.
• Establish governance frameworks for enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and contracts for enterprise applications.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption to maximize business value.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (SOX, GDPR, ESG reporting) and align with information security standards.
