Key Responsibilities :
- Advanced Technical Support :
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved at L1 or L2 support levels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in Java-based applications to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to resolve critical incidents and perform post-incident reviews.
- Debugging & Problem Resolution :
- Utilize debugging tools (e. g. , JVisualVM, JStack, log analyzers) to diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, memory leaks, and code defects.
- Review code, analyze logs, and perform performance tuning to ensure optimal application behavior.
- Develop and test patches or enhancements, and assist in deploying fixes to production environments.
- Monitoring & Proactive Maintenance :
- Monitor production systems to detect and address performance issues or potential outages before they impact users.
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to ensure timely response to system anomalies.
- Work proactively to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
