In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers as part of a Nokia VNO support team working 24 / 7 which includes night shifts. Majority of the work demand supporting Customer with Production Issues during automation of the Network deployment .

Challenging roles of real time debugging of the issue and quick resolution for networks Responsibilities :

• Actively involved in troubleshooting production defects in customer environment
• Escalate to next level support based on the priority of the issue .
