Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Bhopal. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels, addressing customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support when needed. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.
