Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Bhopal. The Customer Support Specialist will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and employing analytical skills to resolve issues. The role involves interacting with students and addressing their queries to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience.
