Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for our Voice & Chat Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and chat, helping resolve their queries efficiently and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via voice and chat channels professionally
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, or policies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5-day work week
  • Immediate joiners preferred
