About the Role

As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end bid management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals that win major client deals.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Collaborate with sales, CoE leaders, and SMEs to create tailored, winning proposals and presentations.

Drive bid project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Mentor junior team members on proposal writing and best practices.

Conduct win / loss reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain knowledge repositories, proposal templates, and reusable content libraries.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development in IT Services.

MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IT solutions & pricing models (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Big Data, GenAI, RPA, Managed Services, Fixed Price, T&M, etc.).

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Ability to manage high-value proposals ($2M+ deals).

Preferred Skills

MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).
