Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Platform Development and Configuration : Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.
- System Integration : Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., integrating Aravo and ServiceNow systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- User Support and Training : Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
- Initiative Execution : Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.

Requirements
Qualifications : Required
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience.)Minimum 7 years as a solution-driven professional in ServiceNow solutions.ServiceNow Mainline certifications across multiple ServiceNow products are expected.Experience and ability to design and deliver comprehensive enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Virtual Agents, and Service Catalog modules.Delivered solutions for at least 1 other area from the following : ITAM, APM, CSM, and HRSD / EC Pro.Azure DevOps integration experience.Develop dashboards and monitoring metrics, KPIs and service levels, providing data and reportsExperience with ServiceNow transformation programs e.g., moving a single ServiceNow Portal, consolidating virtual agents,Support system deliverables and provide technical feedback during internal and external vendor audits.To provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.Assessing architecture and solution designs to support stakeholder objectives, including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices, and staying OOTB.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology and mindset.Strong understanding of ITIL frameworksExperience within the Life Sciences / Pharma industry is preferable, but other complex and highly regulated industry experiences will be considered.
