Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. 4+ years of hand-on experience in ServiceNow customization, development and process automation Proficiency in SQL / PLSQL Solid Integration experience (REST, SOAP, scripted webservices). Experience with Integration Service with Google spaces, smart sheet and Oracle etc. Service Catalogue experience Troubleshooting (Experience using the ServiceNow debugger tool) Scripting (Ajax, GlideRecord, ServiceNow API etc) Following the best practices Self-motivated with excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts. Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, Develop and implement ServiceNow customization and automations
- Gather requirements and business process knowledge from various users and document them
- Maintain and improve existing processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents for future reference and knowledge
