Role Name :

ServiceNow Platform Support - custom applications

Experience Range :

4-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the ServiceNow scripting, debugging, development, and support functions

Qualifications :

• Graduate or Post graduate in Science and Engineering Streams
• Good knowledge of Service Now Basics and configurations
• Knowledge and working experience on Javascript, Client and Server side scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Data Policies – all scripted aspects of the Service Now system.
• Knowledge and working experience of UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work with management to prioritize tasks.
• Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, and offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick, but effective, resolution.
• Demonstrate strong confidence in abilities and knowledge.
• Ability to work well in crisis situations.
• Flexibility to provide off-hours and weekend support for maintenance, testing, and general on-call support.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in Shifts
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Role Details :

Key tasks to be performed by the resource will include :

o Testing and debugging skills on the ServiceNow platform

o ServiceNow modules customization

o ServiceNow instance integrations using REST / SOAP APIs

o Hands-on writing of advanced & complex scripts

o Must have integration, service portal working experience

o Track and respond to the emails submitted to helpdesk queue
