Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, support) and external clients
• Handle customer communications, escalations, and issue resolution
• Track and report operational and team performance metrics
• Support HR operations including basic admin
• Monitor SLA adherence and ensure continuous process improvement
• Report directly to senior leadership
