About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Meta Advertising Manager who not only understands high-level digital strategy but also thrives in the trenches of ad execution. This is a full-stack performance marketing role focused on driving ROI through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable devising data-backed strategies and rolling up their sleeves to implement, test, and optimize campaigns hands-on.
Key & Planning :
- Develop and own the end-to-end Meta ads strategy aligned with business goals (lead gen, CAC reduction, revenue growth, etc)
- Translate brand and product objectives into paid advertising roadmaps and channel-specific KPIs
- Identify new growth opportunities within the Meta ecosystem (Reels, Stories, Advantage+ Shopping, Lead Ads, etc)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, analytics, and sales teams for aligned campaign planning
Execution & Optimization :
Independently set up, launch, monitor, and scale Meta ad campaigns across funnelsDefine targeting logic and work closely with creative teams to develop scroll-stopping assetsConduct A / B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pagesRegularly monitor performance dashboards (Ads Manager, GA4, or similar) to drive data-informed decisionsAnalytics & Reporting :
Track and report on campaign performance vs targets (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPM, CAC, etc)Set up and validate events using Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and other attribution toolsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reviews with insights and clear 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with proven ROI resultsDeep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and campaign architectureComfort with performance metrics, attribution modelling, and analytical decision-makingA portfolio of successful campaigns with clear before / after metrics (to be shared in the interview)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with a solid command of formulas, pivot tables, and lookupsExcellent data analysis skills must be able to interpret campaign performance, identify patterns, and make actionable recommendations based on Experience with international targeting, especially for US, Middle East, or Southeast Asia marketsExperience with ad budget ownership of 10L+ / monthWhat Success Looks Like :
