Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

As an Influencer Management Trainee at FirstLight, you’ll work closely with our exclusive creators — helping them manage and execute their brand deals while building meaningful relationships that support their long-term growth.

You’ll assist in every step of the process : from coordinating brand collaborations and ensuring timely content delivery, to helping creators strategize their revenue through brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Background or interest in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, public relations, and sales teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internship in influencer management, digital marketing, or brand partnerships is a plus.
