Job descriptionOwn end-to-end campaign management : planning, budgeting, targeting, execution, Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurable Continuously analyze campaign performance, A / B test creatives, audience segments, Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure accurate tracking of spends and Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify growth Build dashboards and performance reports to share actionable insights with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Experience with A / B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models. Comfortable managing large monthly budgets with focus on ROI / ROAS. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Martech / Adtech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.). Exposure to SEO / ASO strategies as a complementary growth channel. Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or consumer-tech industries.
