About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive visibility, availability, and sales growth across channels. The ideal candidate will come from a strong FMCG or OTC background and have a proven record of delivering impactful market and trade activation plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales targets and product launches.
- Plan and execute brand visibility and in-store activation initiatives across retail and distribution channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between brand objectives and trade initiatives.
Channel Development :
Design and deploy programs tailored for General Trade, Modern Trade, and Pharmacy outlets.Monitor channel-specific KPIs and optimize trade spends for maximum ROI.POS & Collateral Management :Develop and manage trade marketing materials such as display units, shelf talkers, danglers, etc.Track utilization and effectiveness of POS tools and promotional materials.Data & Insights :
Conduct market research and analyze sell-in / sell-out data to identify opportunities and gaps.Provide actionable insights to improve product positioning and trade promotions.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Liaise with brand, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.Manage vendor partners for event setups, in-store activations, and merchandising needs.Key Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or OTC.Strong understanding of distributor networks, retail channels, and trade dynamics.Hands-on experience in driving visibility programs, trade promotions, and channel analytics.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.What We Offer :
