Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to lead our Solar Distribution business in India. This senior role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the solar industry and a proven track record of scaling distribution channels and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for our solar distribution business across India.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share for our solar products.
Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in the Solar Industry
Proven experience in solar distribution sales or managing distribution channels.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, India .
