Key Responsibilities
- Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging strategically with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chats to deliver personalized energy solutions and achieve consistent sales targets.
- Perform in-depth analysis of self-generated leads and implement data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.
- Manage the complete rebate application lifecycle for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation, submission, and proactive tracking for faster approval processes.
- Re-engage dormant and aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns, successfully converting inactive prospects into active clients.
- Collect post-installation customer feedback and referrals, enhancing brand reputation, increasing customer retention, and supporting organic lead generation.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
