Luxury Social Media Leader

Job descriptionProven experience working with creators or brands in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space. Ability to interpret analytics and turn them into actionable creative ideas. Understanding of the Indian and / or UAE luxury consumer mindset. Success in scaling accounts with viral content (100K–1M views). Expertise in short-form storytelling (hooks, scripts, keywords, trending audios and captions).
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our social media efforts and drive engagement across luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle platforms.
- Analytics Expertise : Utilize Instagram Insights to track performance, retention graphs, follower vs non-follower engagement, and identify key drivers of success.
- Content Strategist : Develop innovative content strategies to improve retention and virality across Reels.
- Creative Content Creator : Script and package engaging content (hooks, captions, formats) that maximize saves, shares, and reach.
- Trend Forecaster : Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in India / UAE relevant to luxury audiences.
- Growth Catalyst : Drive consistently high-performing content with data-backed strategies to hit 100K+ views.
