Manager - Social Media
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Management :
- Take full ownership of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Develop and implement a structured content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product initiatives.
- Define and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead.
Content Creation & Engagement :
Create, curate, and post high-quality, engaging content including graphics, captions, stories, and videos.Manage short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, webinars, live streams).Drive community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.Coordinate with internal teams to handle sales inquiries and support-related escalations.Analytics & Optimization :
Track and analyze key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions).Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve content strategy.Optimize content delivery and posting schedules based on data-driven insights.Experiment with paid advertising campaigns to boost reach and performance.Qualifications & Experience :
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.Strong track record of growing brand presence and community engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.Proven ability to balance creativity with analytics.Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills :
