We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Media Sales Associate to support media ad sales across digital, OTT / CTV, and programmatic platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes while fostering strong collaboration with sales executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and internal hand-offs to streamline proposal and campaign workflows.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including account defaults, agency associations, billing calendars, onboarding, duplication checks, Wide Orbit sync, and credit policy compliance.
- Process client onboarding forms, credit approvals, and agency requirements in a timely manner.
- Access and process client orders in Media Ocean, Strata, and other platforms for accurate booking and campaign set-up.
- Develop branded client presentations, proposals, and insights while maintaining the marketing library.
- Maintain strong knowledge of digital ad products, solutions, and inventory to strengthen sales storytelling.
Media Ad Sales
Support sales executives in selling media ad inventory across multiple channels.Assist with rate card management, inventory checks, and availability forecasting to support negotiations.Collaborate with ad operations teams to ensure timely campaign trafficking and delivery.Track competitor offerings and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights.Partner with agencies and direct clients to streamline RFP responses.Post-Sales Support
Coordinate billing with client services and finance teams to ensure accuracy. Prepare manual invoices when required and address client billing queries promptly.Deliver post-campaign reports, performance summaries, and wrap-ups, partnering with client services for timely insights.Reporting & Special Projects
Generate regular and ad hoc sales reports for leadership.Run Wide Orbit reports for reconciliation and insights.Contribute to cross-functional projects such as sales enablement, process improvements, and client engagement.Support market research and competitor tracking to enhance sales strategies.Sales Collaboration & Client Support
Act as a liaison between sales executives, planning, and client services to ensure smooth communication.Assist in preparing for client meetings, pitches, and industry events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics.Follow up on client requests proactively and ensure timely delivery.Support pipeline management to help sales prioritize leads and opportunities.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in media ad sales, advertising operations, or sales support.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with Salesforce, Media Ocean, Strata, or Wide Orbit is highly desirable.Experience in digital media, OTT / CTV advertising, or agency sales support is an advantage.Team-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused with a proactive approach.Key Skills & Attributes
