Dy Manager / Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Manager with a proven track record in the US pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gross-to-Net accounting, financial modelling, and product profitability analysis. Additional skills in tax-related matters, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and forecasts.
• Oversee Gross-to-Net accounting processes, including the calculation and analysis of gross and net revenues, accruals, rebates, chargebacks, and other deductions.
• Conduct product profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of individual products, including pricing strategies, cost of goods sold, and contribution margins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to develop and implement revenue recognition policies and practices in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmaceutical accounting and FP&A.
