Our Hyderabad SEZ facility serves as a hub for R&D, manufacturing, and worldwide operations. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, compliance, and reporting functions, while ensuring seamless coordination with our U.S. headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting : Manage accounting, cost accounting, AR / AP, budgeting, and monthly / quarterly / annual reporting.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to Indian laws (GST, TDS, Companies Act), SEZ norms, and import / export regulations.
• Global Coordination : Handle intercompany transactions and reporting with U.S. headquarters (Fremont, CA).
• Banking & Treasury : Oversee banking operations, fund management, and cash-flow planning.
• Audits & Controls : Lead statutory audits, regulatory filings, and strengthen internal controls.
• Financial Strategy : Drive cost optimization, enhance financial systems, and provide insights for decision-making.
