Manager - People & Culture- upto 18 LPA

We are currently hiring for a leading childcare management platform that simplifies administrative and communication tasks for preschools and daycare centers.

Headquartered in the United States, The company has a growing international footprint across India, the UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Manager – People & Culture with 5–7 years of experience to strengthen our people function. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving engagement, growth, and culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that enable growth and retention.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and development.

Drive engagement initiatives to foster belonging, collaboration, and motivation across teams.

Support Finance with HR-related data and coordination.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring transparent and empathetic communication.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR policies.

Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being programs.

Use HR analytics to track engagement, performance, and retention, and recommend actionable insights.

Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.

Mentor junior HR team members and promote continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in Saas / B2B industry.

Global exposure preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.

Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and engagement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Experience with HRMS tools and HR analytics.

Strong organizational skills with a people-first mindset.

A track record of building inclusive and engaging work cultures.
