🌟 Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India.Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the teamMaintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data2. Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse rolesSource, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviewsBuild relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms3. Policy & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to employment laws in IndiaDraft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulationsManage compliance related to tax filings, employee benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance4. Culture & Engagement
Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teamsImplement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition effortsSupport DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion5. Compensation & Payroll
Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance in IndiaAssist with compensation benchmarking and benefits management across regions6. Training & Development
Identify learning needs and coordinate training programsCollaborate with global teams to implement learning pathwaysTrack and report on training outcomes7. Reporting & Operations
Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadershipSupport audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture functionWork across departments to improve processes and drive efficiency🌟 Key Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM / CHRM / CIPD are a plus)Experience : 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture rolesKnowledge of : Indian labour laws (mandatory)Tech Savvy : Experience with Zoho, payroll tools, and Microsoft SuiteSoft Skills :Excellent communication (verbal & written)Problem-solving mindsetHigh emotional intelligence and confidentialityStrong coordination and stakeholder management🌟 Core Competencies :
