The GSOC Associate- Customer Service assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will handle critical communications and support essential security functions. As a crucial member of the 24 / 7 Customer Service team, the Associate serves as a vital connection between Pinkerton and the client .

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Handle time-sensitive email correspondence for security and safety matters
• Process and document site-specific issues and incidents
• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion
• Triage and escalate urgent security and safety concerns
• Support global customers across different time zones
• Provide professional support for workplace environment requests
• Create clear, detailed documentation for incident tracking
• All other duties, as assigned.

Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) in international affairs / relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline,
