Role Overview

The Engagement & Onboarding Manager is the central coordinator ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing success of engineering teams and micro-teams (often 12 members) established in India for our operating companies. This role bridges stakeholders across the operating company India-based HR and TA facilities and delivery leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding and integration experience. The Engagement Manager owns the implementation plan tracks progress and ensures accountability across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans (timeline deliverables owners) for new India-based team members / teams.
• Ensure alignment between Operating Company leaders DevHub teams (TA HR IT Facilities) and Technical Delivery Manager including but not limited to coordinating communications meetings documentation and stakeholders.
