Role Description :

An individual will work as part of the Global L&D team, with a main vision is to define,develop and deliver a business-led learning offer that ensures we have leaders, managers, and employees who are “fit for today and the future” and ready, willing and able to drive growth and deliver our ambition for our clients, consumers and Sodexo as a whole. This role involves collaborating with content designers, project managers, and subject matter experts on global learning projects. Will work with other content designers, project managers, SMEs and team leaders on global learning projects that impact more than 460.000 Sodexo employees.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities :

  • Create project prototype based on project scope.
  • The Graphic and Multimedia Developer brainstorms with other content and learning experience designers to decide
  • upon the creative direction of a given project.
  • Use graphic design applications and eLearning authoring tools to create animation, audio, and visual effects.
  • The Graphic and Multimedia Developer spends most of the time using the tools found in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • and other authoring tools. He / she will create projects templates, informational icons, images and infographics which
  • will be utilized in global learning campaigns
  • Perform edits based on feedback from project stakeholders obtained during our project UX / UI design and evaluation processes.
  • The Graphic and Multimedia Developer performs updates to learning projects from the first version to the final version and incorporate enhancements to other deployed projects.
  • Meet with project stakeholders.
  • The Graphic and Multimedia Developer is in constant communication with other learning project members through
  • meetings and conversations to discuss updates and make decisions to move projects forward

Key Skills & Experience Required :

  • Authoring tools and graphic design applications skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite – includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects and several other programs that collectively help to create a finished product
  • Knowledge of any authoring tool such as Storyline Articulate, Captivate, Camtassia, Vyond (GoAnimate).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer graphics, animation or fine arts.
  • Knowledge of principles of visual design, typography, storyboarding and instructional design.
  • Portfolio with samples of work required.
