We are seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to acquire new mid-market and large corporate clients while managing an existing portfolio. You will be responsible for structuring and preparing credit proposals, achieving revenue targets from a variety of financial products, and cross-selling solutions such as treasury and forex. This role requires strong skills in building client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory norms.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management : Acquire new mid-market and large corporate clients across various sectors. Manage existing client relationships through regular visits to ensure continued engagement and growth.
- Credit & Financial Solutions : Structure, analyze, and prepare credit proposals for working capital, term loans, and trade finance . Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams for timely approvals. Monitor the health of the portfolio to proactively mitigate credit risks.
- Revenue Generation & Cross-Selling : Achieve assigned revenue targets from both fund-based and non-fund-based products. Cross-sell a range of products, including treasury, cash management, forex, insurance, and investments , to maximize wallet share from existing clients.
- Internal Coordination : Liaise with operations, legal, and compliance departments to ensure the smooth execution of transactions and timely documentation.
- Compliance & Reporting : Adhere to KYC, AML , and other regulatory norms. Maintain MIS reports on client visits, pipeline, and portfolio performance.
Skills Required :
Proven experience in client acquisition and portfolio management for corporate clients.Strong skills in structuring and analyzing credit proposals for various financial products.Expertise in cross-selling a diverse range of products.Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory norms such as KYC and AML .Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Skills Required
