Key Expectations

• Build a personal rapport with Artistes to understand their vision, working style, and strategic goals.
• Facilitate, strategize, and recommend new opportunities to help Artistes achieve financial and growth targets.
• Manage all incoming / outgoing communications (calls, emails, meetings) for Artistes.
• Be fully versed in all aspects of contractual bookings, including executing and drafting contracts, legal formalities, and obtaining internal approvals.
• Support Artistes in their career development through effective planning and execution.
