Job Description

MotorInc is redefining automotive storytelling in India through high-quality video and production design.

We’re looking for a Grading Artist to bring cinematic vision and technical finesse to our visual content. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of MotorInc’s media by ensuring our films, shorts, and branded content maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic.

What You’ll Do

  • Colour grade video content to enhance storytelling for automotive and lifestyle films.
  • Collaborate closely with editors and the design head to create the final look.
  • Maintain visual consistency across different projects and platforms at all times.
  • Standardise the colour pipeline for all deliverables to meet production deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Work with industry-standard software (DaVinci Resolve) for grading.
  • Experiment with creative looks and workflows to elevate MotorInc’s identity.
  • Manage multiple projects, keeping output organised and maintaining consistency across formats (YouTube, branded films, commercials, reels).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to colour profiles, file formats, mixed camera footage, and delivery specifications.
  • Prepare versions and exports for different platforms, ensuring colour accuracy and brand compliance.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Colourist / Grading Artist with a strong reel.
  • Expert knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
  • Keen visual sense and understanding of colour theory, contrast, and mood.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to interpret creative directions.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organised under fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience working with high-resolution RAW formats and mixed camera footage.
  • Sharp eye for detail and consistency under tight production timelines.
  • Nice to Have

  • Background in cinematography or editing.
  • Familiarity with VFX and finishing pipelines.
  • Passion for cars, design, and storytelling.
