Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Partner to execute HR strategies on ground . Your responsibilities encompass strategic collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing HR metrics, and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will drive talent actions, manage requisitions, and ensure accurate data management for HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
A) Execute HR strategies on ground : by designing and implementing programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle.
B) Help create a differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
C) Communicates and facilitates behavior changes that contributes to business success – e.g Coach line managers, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.
D) Fosters accountability to act in accordance with organizational values - Provide advisory support to employees and managers.
E) Identifies and manages potential barriers and concerns & creates alignment around a common purpose – Conflict management, siloed working etc
F) Awareness – Implementation of an attractive and competitive employer brand that attracts, engages, and retains employees, and inspires commitment to organizational goals. e.g – Communicate policies and benefits, help with creating more impactful celebration of excellence, Medical Days, Impact days etc
G) Onboarding - Designing and implementing onboarding activities that enable the integration and engagement of new hires
H) Performance Enablement : Implementing the practice of setting goals, measuring progress, providing feedback, and calibrating individual performance with organizational performance
I) Total Rewards : Implementing organization-wide total rewards philosophy, strategies and mechanisms for various employee groups to incentivize the desired behaviors
J) Wellbeing and Health : Developing and implementing employee health and wellness programs to promote a healthy, productive workforce
K) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging : Implementing strategies to create a diverse and inclusive workplace
L) Employee Experience : Designing and conceptualizing employee experience practices aligned to the HR value chain and employee lifecycle. Reviewing HR policies and procedures against organizational needs, and in compliance with legislative, ethical and regulatory standard
M) Org Development - Facilitating the implementation of organizational design to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with stakeholders' priorities along with with organizational effectiveness and performance – e.g New Factory set up, New Product Launch, New capability development (H2 / SVAAS)
N) Change Management - Supporting, guiding and managing change within the organization from a people, process and technology perspective. Balancing employee wellbeing needs with organizational demands and productivity – e.g - CIF Project implementation, New Org Structure
O) Operational Excellence - Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters which cannot be resolved via HRSSC
P) Drives Compliance - Apply knowledge of the regulatory environment to ensure compliance, Manage local compliance and COBE
Q) Employee Relations : Managing labor relations to support, enhance, and strengthen the relationship between employees, their representatives, and employers
Qualifications
Educational qualification : Post Graduation in Management
Minimum work Experience : 3-6 years of experience
