We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager with 5-9 years of experience to serve as the bridge between our organization and the investment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic communication, building strong relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring compliance, and delivering transparent financial and business updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the company and investors, analysts, and financial institutions
- Develop and disseminate accurate, timely, and consistent financial and corporate information through reports, press releases, presentations, and disclosures
- Organize investor meetings, earnings calls, analyst briefings, shareholder events, and roadshows
- Maintain and enhance the investor relations section of the corporate website
- Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to senior management to inform business and communication strategies
- Analyze and present financial performance, market trends, and competitor insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor analyst reports, shareholder sentiment, and financial media coverage, preparing strategic recommendations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, rating agencies, and exchange representatives
- Ensure all communication complies with legal, regulatory, and stock exchange requirements (e.g., SEBI, Regulation Fair Disclosure, SOX)
- Oversee timely and accurate filing of mandatory disclosures and regulatory reports
- Manage investor communications during financial, reputational, or operational crises to maintain credibility and trust
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and communications teams for accurate and risk-mitigated disclosures
Required Skillsets
