We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Manager – Ad Sales to lead advertising revenue initiatives for our News and Entertainment channels. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with agencies and brands, deep knowledge of the broadcast and digital media ecosystem, and proven experience in driving ad sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth by formulating and executing ad sales strategies across TV, digital, and event platforms.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and corporate clients.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver customized advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, programming, and digital teams for integrated campaigns.
- Lead client presentations, pitch proposals, and manage key account negotiations.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in a competitive media landscape.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.8–10 years of experience in media ad sales (TV or Digital), preferably in News / Entertainment segments.Strong network with advertising agencies and key brands in Mumbai and Delhi markets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage client expectations effectively.Compensation : Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
