We are seeking an experienced Siebel Administrator to manage and support Siebel environments including installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and ongoing administration. The role involves working across Windows and Linux platforms with deployments on-premises and on the cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Siebel installations on Windows and Linux
- Upgrade Siebel to versions IP17 and above
- Configure and manage Gateway clustering and multi-mode AI load balancing
- Perform performance tuning for Siebel servers including AOM, AI, Gateway, and Tomcat
- Troubleshoot EAI component crashes using FDR, component logs, and other diagnostic tools
- Carry out system administration tasks such as parameter configuration, SSO setup, and LDAP integration
- Automate repetitive administrative activities where possible
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Siebel systems and components
- Integrate and manage tools such as WebLogic Server, BI Publisher, OAS, and OAP with Siebel
- Set up and test disaster recovery environments
- Manage and monitor Siebel deployments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms
- Perform basic Oracle database administration when required
