About The Role

We're looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of Salesforce experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, etc.)
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs
• Assist with data management (import, export, deduplication, cleansing)
• Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest Salesforce best practices
• Ensure platform data integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborate on system enhancements and new feature rollouts
