About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Ariba Admin to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to support a rapidly growing organization by managing our SAP Ariba platform while the core team focuses on key system integrations. The role will start as part-time, approximately 80 hours per month, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as our business scales.
Key Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be a senior-level resource, providing critical support and administration for our SAP Ariba environment.
Your duties will include :
- Platform Management : Serving as the primary administrator for the SAP Ariba solution, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and user inquiries related to the SAP Ariba platform in a timely manner.
- Feature Implementation : Contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform by implementing new features, configurations, and enhancements.
- Best Practices : Driving the adoption of SAP Ariba best practices and helping to standardize our procurement processes.
- Access Management : Managing user access, roles, and permissions within the Ariba system to ensure proper governance and security.
- Collaboration : Working closely with the core team to understand business needs and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
Senior-Level Experience : Proven experience as a senior-level SAP Ariba administrator or consultant.Technical Proficiency : Deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules, including but not limited to Sourcing, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.Best Practice Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of SAP Ariba's capabilities and best practices for configuration, security, and process optimization.Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Independent Work : The ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively as a remote team member.Location and Time Commitment :
