Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Kochi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning and arrangements, managing travel bookings, coordinating reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves providing tailored travel advice and managing trip itineraries to meet client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of travel software or GDS systems like Amadeus or Sabre is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is beneficial
