Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant at Plumeria Holidays, located in Ernakulam. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting, coordinating travel reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks will include advising clients on travel options, making travel bookings, handling inquiries, and ensuring all travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience in Customer Service and handling travel Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
