Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Aluva. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consultations, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, booking accommodations and transportation, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in the travel industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
