SAS Developer - C# / SQL

Responsibilities :

• Review and Analyze : Conduct thorough reviews and in-depth analysis of existing SAS data extract programs to assess their accuracy, efficiency, and completeness
• Data Remediation : Proactively identify, retrieve, and recode broken or non-performing data segments within SAS programs to restore functionality and data integrity.
• Collaboration & Validation : Work closely with data analysts, business teams, and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate program outputs and ensure all business rules are precisely implemented and met.
• Documentation : Maintain meticulous documentation of all changes made to SAS programs, including logic, methodologies, and recommendations for future reference and audit purposes.
• Optimization : Provide expert suggestions and implement improvements for optimizing existing SAS processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Primary Skill :   Extensive hands-on experience as a SAS Developer.
• Additional Skills :
• Proficiency in C# development.
• Strong command of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Proven ability to retrieve and recode broken data effectively.
• communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting complex processes.
