Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful influencer-led campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the creator ecosystem and proven expertise in driving brand growth through influencer collaborations across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across nano, micro, and macro tiers.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and UGC.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and partners.
- Define campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize ROI.
- Repurpose influencer-generated content for paid ads, social media, and website use.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems.Established network of influencers, creators, and talent agencies.Demonstrated success in scaling influencer-led campaigns and UGC content.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics tools.Key Competencies
