Key Responsibilities :
1. Account Delivery Leadership :
- Own overall delivery for one or more large strategic accounts in the Data
Engineering / Analytics domain.
Ensure successful execution of programs / projects by meeting timelines, qualitystandards, and client expectations.
Drive governance with internal and client stakeholders and ensure transparency andissue resolution.
2. P&L and Margin Management :
Own account-level P&L; ensure topline growth and margin expansion.Identify levers for cost optimization, pyramid balancing, and location strategy.Track and manage budgets, forecasts, utilization, and delivery metrics.3. Stakeholder and Client Engagement :
Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders (business, IT,procurement, and CXOs).
Act as a trusted advisor and engage in strategic discussions to identify opportunitiesand drive value for the client.
Partner with sales and presales teams to support mining, renewals, and newbusiness opportunities.
4. People and Practice Leadership :
Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, and data engineers acrossgeographies.
Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning.Collaborate with the CoE and practice teams for talent development andtechnology innovation.
5. Technical Excellence :
Bring deep understanding of modern data architecture (cloud data platforms, datalakes, streaming, ELT / ETL, etc.).
Guide and review solution design and architecture for complex data programs.Stay current with trends in GenAI, cloud-native platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), andmodern data stacks.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
16+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in account delivery leadershiproles.
Strong experience in delivering data engineering, data platform modernization, andanalytics programs.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP), Big Data, ELT / ETLtools (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
Proven track record of managing large teams (onsite / offshore), with responsibilityfor P&L.
Excellent client-facing skills, including stakeholder management and executivepresence.
Strong problem-solving, program management, and organizational skills.Engineering or technical graduate; MBA is a plus.Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data Specialty, GCP DataEngineer)
PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certificationsSkills Required
