Position Summary

As the Unit Head – Jadcharla Plant , you will lead overall operations at the processing facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production of milk and milk products. This role demands strong leadership across functions including processing, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and plant operations.

You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, driving cost efficiency, ensuring food safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on plant management expertise with strategic and people leadership.

Think of this role as a blend of Operations Head, Production Leader, Quality Custodian, and People Manager — ensuring that the Jadcharla Unit operates at the highest standards of performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee and direct all plant functions — production, processing, maintenance, quality, and dispatch.
• Monitor processing parameters and take timely corrective actions to ensure consistent output, minimal losses, and maximum efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across all operations.
