Job Description RMO Assign resources to specific client engagement projects with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization. Track / manage the incoming workflow of requests Globally Works with the management team to identify the type of technical and business resources needed assembling teams that are qualified to perform the work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans. Coordinates plans for resource redeployment with the field organisation / leadership. Assigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets previous experience and availability Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing Monitoring and managing employees workload utilization and overtime hours. Ability to be flexible with work hours / availability to support team members in other time zones. Demonstrated track record of being proactive and creative in problem-solving. Strong desire and follow through to make things easier for teams we are supporting. Required Experience Skills 6-8 years of experience preferably in manging operations stakeholder management customer service domain Resource Management Project Management Skills : Power Point MS Excel Soft Skills : Excellent communication Flexibility to work in shifts
